×A new chapter begins – with fresh drive for the future
After a quarter of a century under the leadership of Jörg Odermatt and Urs Zuber, Odermatt Zuber & Partner AG is undergoing a significant generational change: the two founders are handing over their shares and thus also the management of the company to their existing partners Stephan Simmen and Carlo Zgraggen with effect from 1 May 2025. Urs Zuber will remain with OZP as a member of the Board of Directors and part-time advisor.
Gratitude for 25 years of entrepreneurial passion
Jörg Odermatt and Urs Zuber have made the company what it is today with their vision, commitment and innovative strength. Without their tireless dedication, OZP would not exist in its current form. ‘We would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their tireless work in developing and building this success story,’ said Stephan Simmen and Carlo Zgraggen.
Urs Zuber also expressed his gratitude to his successors: ‘It fills me with pride and great confidence to know that our life's work is in the hands of two long-standing, valued colleagues and partners. I wish you both all the best and every success in your future endeavours. I would like to express my sincere thanks to our loyal customers and to all those who have accompanied us on our journey and placed their trust in us over the years.’
Familiar faces with new responsibilities
Stephan Simmen and Carlo Zgraggen are two long-standing partners who know OZP inside out. They want to build on what has been achieved while also bringing new ideas to the table. ‘We are very much looking forward to this new role and to developing OZP further with fresh ideas,’ say the new owners. The entire team is looking ahead to the next phase with enthusiasm and confidence.
