Generational change at OZP
After 25 years of dedicated leadership, Jörg Odermatt and Urs Zuber have transferred their shares and the management of OZP to their long-standing partners Stephan Simmen and Carlo Zgraggen with effect from May 1, 2025.
A breath of fresh air in proven hands
With Stephan Simmen, Carlo Zgraggen and, from July 1, 2025, Philippe Banz, OZP will now be under the leadership of a three-member management team. Experience, continuity and new impetus will be combined. OZP will thus continue to ensure local, owner-managed and networked support.
We look back with great gratitude on the visionary development and commitment of the two founders. The new management team is proud to continue their life's work with passion.
